About
Founder of Grey Raven Technologies, a defence-tech company (est. 2025) building reusable drone training munitions, training payloads and UAV training systems for military operators. Products are built and field-tested. My background is cybersecurity architecture and engineering, the Finnish satellite industry, and 10 years of military cyber defence service, plus experience with defence grants, tenders and export compliance. Based in Helsinki.
Looking for
A driven, entrepreneurial co-founder to grow the business side of a defence-tech company, ideally in the Helsinki area. The technical foundation, products and IP already exist: you would help build the commercial side from the ground up, with the founder next to you. You would help own business development and sales, Finnish defence industry relationships, grants and funding, partnerships and, over time, the commercial team. Early-career people are very welcome. A business, international or technical-commercial background, startup or sales experience, or a strong record of initiative can all fit. Defence experience is a plus, not a must. Ambition, curiosity and the willingness to hustle matter more than the CV. English is enough, Finnish is an advantage. We start part-time and move to full-time once the first contract or funding lands. Equity-based, tied to contribution and agreed responsibilities.
