HR and operations builder with 8+ years in the Finnish labour market. As HR Manager & Operations Lead at a construction staffing company, I recruited 600+ workers, built and led a team of up to 60 people, and served 200+ client companies. I know the hard side of workforce operations from the inside: work permits, safety inspections, collective agreements, trade unions. I build processes that keep a business compliant and scalable, not just running. I'm hands-on with tech too.
