Open the public directory at trustedcofounder.com/talent, filter by city, role, or skill, and click any profile to read their brief. When you find someone you want to talk to, sign up once to send a message. We never expose email or contact details until both sides accept the connection.

Is it free to use?

Yes. Browsing the directory and reading public profiles is free without an account. Signing up to message is also free. There are no monetised tiers during this stage of the product.

How does anonymization work?

Profiles are listed anonymously by default. Names and profile photos are hidden until each person opts to show their identity, and we never expose email or contact details on the public surface. Cards show role, city, brief excerpt, top skills, and the Verified Builder badge so you can evaluate fit without compromising privacy.

What is a Verified Builder?

A Verified Builder has connected at least one external source — GitHub, a personal website, or a public technical profile — that we successfully enriched into a behavioral fingerprint. The badge is shown on every match surface as a credibility signal.
