We are searching for a Technical Co-Founder to own the entire technical side of a fintech company from day one. There is a multi-hundred-billion-euro segment of European capital that is currently trapped, because the matching infrastructure between projects and the institutions willing to fund them simply does not exist. We are building that layer: an institution-grade workflow and data-routing platform, enterprise-secure and traceable, yet light enough to iterate weekly. LLMs and structured data pipelines are part of the toolchain. System correctness, security and traceability are the product. You would be our third founder: founder-level equity, complete autonomy over stack and architecture, and roughly six months as a solo engineer before you hire and lead your own team. We bring the other half: validated demand from both sides of the market, a credit pilot already running on our MVP, and two co-founders who know this domain inside out.
