From my ideal co-founder, I need to know 2 key things about her/him. 1. If they are straightforward and brutally honest, and 2. how do they handle stress. I feel these are the most important things I am searching for. Honesty means loyalty and reliability and a calm and strong personality means that the co-founder could handle stress better than others. So yeah, everything else is progress and work.
