About Trusted Cofounder
The Founder Directory. Built in Finland.
The free catalogue of Finnish founders looking for a team. International founders, post-program founders, anyone whose existing network doesn't supply the cofounder they need. Founded in Oulu, Finland, in 2025, serving all of Finland. You browse and filter the public profiles yourself, and a conversation opens once both people have shown interest. No AI matching, scoring or ranking of people. No paid tier, trial or fee. No ads or affiliate links on the public pages. See how founders in Finland actually find a cofounder, or Finland's cofounder pool in numbers.

The Problem
Founding Teams Form by Accident
Finland produces world-class builders, but founding teams still form through random encounters. The best teams never get built.
LinkedIn has zero co-founder matching. Networking events create shallow contacts that rarely convert.
WhatsApp groups and Slack channels are unfiltered noise. No way to verify who has actually built something.
A developer in Oulu and a business lead at Aalto will never meet through existing channels. Geography kills team formation.
The Solution
Say What You Need. Meet Who Can Build It.
Every founder and cofounder gets a public profile. Say what you're looking for in plain English or Finnish, browse the directory yourself, and send an interest to start a real conversation.
Two steps to a public profile: pick your role, set your name. You're listed in the directory immediately, no gatekeeping.
Browse by role, seniority, city, and skills. Every card shows real background, not a computed score.
Send an interest with a short message. When both sides accept, a real conversation starts.
The Vision
National Infrastructure. Built to Last.
Free for everyone who uses it. No paywall, no premium tier, no expiry.
Creating a profile, browsing the directory, and messaging people you connect with are completely free. Always.
Profiles are permanent. Sign up once and stay discoverable, no re-verification treadmill and no time-based removal.
Helsinki, Oulu, Tampere, Turku, and beyond. A founder anywhere in Finland finds their cofounder everywhere in Finland.
Built for Founders and Cofounders
Whether you're building or joining a team, the directory works the same way for you.
